A Bit of Whimsy

Something will catch my attention and make me smile or laugh. It may be a stop sign with extra words that now says, Don’t Stop Thinking; it may be a carousel woman on a rearing horse who looks like she is going to charge the Eiffel Tower; it may be a group of teenagers walking down a beach in Hawaii and spontaneously standing on their heads in perfect unison; it may be The Gum Wall in Seattle which is both gross and fascinating; it may be a clock on the outside of a houseboat with the numbers of the clock off the face falling to the ground with the center of the clock saying Who Cares; it may be a man on his phone in a beach chair in Florida with pigeons on his head and all around him. You get my drift. There are a lot of whimsical moments (thank God) that catch our fancy.
