Dogs

You may not be surprised to learn that 48 million households in the Untied States share their homes with a dog. Dogs are hard to resist. They are companions, friends, helpers, family members, guides, comforters, sometimes substitute children. They fill our hearts and break our hearts when they are no longer with us; they make our lives more fun and help us learn responsibility; they love us unconditionally and try to please us; they do not judge but accept us just as we are. Even though they do not talk, they speak to us in so many ways.
